Shipping Policy:
Most Natural Baby Source orders are shipped within 2 business days of order date. The only exception is for preorders. All preorder items have shipping dates clearly posted within the product descriptions.In the unusual event that we are unable to ship your order, a Natural Baby Source representative will contact you to offer an alternative color or similar product.
Natural Baby Source does not substitute any product brands, colors or sizes without the customers consent. Be sure to use an active email and phone number with your order so we can contract you by phone and/or email regarding your order if needed.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. We understand that babies are shaped differently and that no matter how well our products are made or designed, sometimes certain designs just don't fit.Natural Baby Source discourages returns based solely on leaking diapers. The majority of cloth diaper leaks occur because of improper prewashing or striping of the hemp and organic fabrics and/or inantiquate amount of cloth diaper inserts. Please review our cloth diaper trouble shooting section before seeking a product return.
RETURNS
If you would like to return/exchange non-defective products, we will give a refund less a 10% restocking fee or exchange any product, provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase from the website. You will need to email us at sales@naturalbabysource.com prior to sending your returned item(s).We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. or that have been soiled.
EXCHANGES
The restocking fee will not be charged on exchanges. If you would like to exchange non-defective products, we will exchange any product, provided it is returned to us in an unused (other than being tried on), unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and accompanied by the original packing slip or any proof of purchase.MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For defective products, we will repair, exchange or replace faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size. If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately. Leaking problems are generally not considered a manufacturing defect.As soon as we receive your returned package, either your refund will be processed or your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out within 3-5 business days.
Please note that while we try to sell diapers that are durable, as with any item of clothing that gets used and washed frequently, they will not last forever. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials.
